This beloved restaurant is a long-standing favourite in New York’s fine dining scene. Since expanding to other top US cities as well as London, the restaurant has garnered a reputation internationally for its modern take on Italian cuisine. And the good news is, Scarpetta is now in Tokyo. Opened in October 2022, Scarpetta Tokyo was the restaurant's first venture into Asia. Scarpetta comes from the Italian phrase 'fare la scarpetta', which means to savour your meal to the last bite. And you can look forward to doing just that here.
